A Year of Orchard Beach

I moved back to Orchard Beach at the end of last April, and I started doing a monthly photo essay of the views from Orchard Beach where my family has called home for over 60 years. This was a fun project, especially because of Maryland’s dramatic seasonal changes.

See Orchard Beach in April, May, June, July, August,  September, October, November, December, JanuaryFebruary and, March.

In this post, I look back over the previous year picking my favorite photos from each month that are quintessentially Orchard Beach – we start back with spring in April, a rebirth of life after a long cold winter; melt into hot and sticky summer; cool, crisp autumn; and through the end of the cycle with winter again.

Come take a walk with me….
