Writing and Tea

The creativity-filled weekend continues with a lengthy writing session today for new project that just fell into my lap this week – working with an artist to make a visual representation of a piece of my poetry.

Doing some brainstorming, organizing, research, and writing. Pulling the threads together and beginning to weave.

Last night, confirmed another huge project: got commissioned to make set of pottery for a church. Met wonderful people whose vision jives with my creative style. Ecstatic for this, and the fact that clay class starts again next week 🙂

I will fill in the details and write about progress as it happens. Today I am so very grateful for such a supportive community and friends who believe in me and my art 🙂

Dreary, rainy January day – reading John Locke’s Two Treatises of Government, sipping green tea from friend in China, and writing in a flurry – pretty much very literally a “brain storm” 🙂
