Strawberry Palm Gracias

I am grateful for so many things. Firstly, this handful of strawberries that grew right outside my apartment door. They are sweet and warm, as fresh as you can get. Juicy. I am grateful for friends and colleagues, family, school, the apartment where I live in Seattle by the park and my two orange brother feline beasts.

I started writing this earlier this week, before I left, but am now finishing it in my first week in Guatemala.

I am grateful for this opportunity, and for a path to follow. I am grateful for conviction and clarity. I am grateful for the ebbing and flowing peace in my heart.

Gracias.
